Que es eso? Eso es queso.

When one thinks of a meal generally the highlight of it is its main course. From filet mignon to delicious spaghetti and meatballs, the bulk of a meal usually lies in the largest contributor to one's stomach's satisfaction. However the last meal I ate followed a quite different trend than this, where the best aspect of my eating experience was completely centered around the cheesy-spicy killer combination that comes together as Illegal Pete's world-caliber queso, which is a sauce that does not simply compliments a meal, but completely revolutionizes it.

Unfortunately, I could not take the time that the queso deserved to enjoy. With class at four and the clock having less and less ticks left, I stuffed meal-swipe tacos from the Nagel dining down that I had drenched in the golden sauce in under 8 minutes, ensuring my timely arrival to my first day of class. Because of this time crunch I was under I could not share the joys of queso with anyone around me. This was a blessing in one sense because sharing my queso would ultimately lead to me having less joy enter my life through my mouth because of my volume of consumption. Ideally, this meal would have taken place with enough queso for me and an attractive female to share with no time crunch, but there will be opportunities in the future for this dream to be realized.
